Terms & Conditions – Deep6 Underwater S.L.
1. Services Provided
Deep6 Underwater S.L. specialises in underwater pool repairs, including missing tiles, mosaic restoration, rust treatment, leak point repairs, and light-unit fixes. All work is carried out without draining the pool unless otherwise agreed
2. Estimates & Quotes
All quotes provided are free and without obligation.
Prices may vary if the scope of work changes or if additional issues are discovered during the repair. Any changes will be discussed with the client before continuation.
3. Leak Detection
Where leak detection is required, this may be carried out by our trusted partner Neptune Pool Solutions. Their findings help determine the correct repair method. Deep6 Underwater is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by third-party diagnostic equipment.
4. Pipe Repairs
Where required, Neptune Pool Solutions may carry out non-invasive pipe repairs without excavation. All responsibility for this specialist service remains with Neptune.
5. Guarantees
Underwater repairs are guaranteed only for the areas repaired and for the specific faults addressed.
We cannot guarantee that additional tiles, grout, or rust areas will not fail in the future, especially in older or poorly bonded pools.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices include IVA (Spanish VAT) and must be settled via bank transfer, card, or cash.
7. Cancellations
If an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled, we request 24 hours’ notice.
Short-notice cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
8. Pool Condition
Clients must ensure the pool is accessible, clean enough to work in, and safe for diving.
Poor visibility, excessive algae, or unsafe conditions may result in postponement.
9. Liability
Deep6 Underwater is not liable for:
- Pre-existing structural issues
- Ongoing water loss unrelated to our repair
- Future tile/grout movement
- Damage caused by poor original construction
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Deep6 Underwater S.L., the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.
